Delete Your Windows Vista Recycle Bin

Yes, it’s absolutely possible to delete not only the contents of the Recycle Bin, but the whole paperbin itself. Especially less-experienced users (basically most of its user demographic) could – and therefore will – confuse “Empty Recycle Bin” and “Delete”.

The way I know Microsoft, this looked upon as a feature, not a bug.
